Mtb Gene Mutation Annotation Chatbot

Mtb Gene Mutation Annotation Chatbot is a novel approach that employs large language models (LLMs) for automated variant annotation. By integrating publicly available resources such as TBProfiler and WHO variant datasets and using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with fine-tuning methods, we enable LLMs to respond to user queries with accurate, context-aware variant interpretations. Our aim to significantly reduce manual effort and enable faster, more dynamic interaction with genomic information to deliver a scalable, accessible tool that supports rapid MTB research and clinical decision-making.
